Each individual may hold only one registered account on 100xuci. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed and any associated bonuses forfeited. Attempts to abuse the bonus system constitute a breach of these terms.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before withdrawal is permitted. Bonus terms including rollover multiples, expiry windows, and maximum bet caps apply to each individual offer.

Each individual, household address, IP address, device, email address, telephone number, and payment method may be associated with only one (1) registered Account on 100xuci. Operating, or attempting to operate, more than one Account constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.
Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from 100xuci or who are currently enrolled in any self-exclusion programme must not attempt to re-register or access the Platform during the self-exclusion period. Attempts to circumvent a self-exclusion will result in permanent account closure.
To access the Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and telephone number. You agree to keep your registration information up to date at all times by notifying our support team of any changes.
Registration of an Account using false, misleading, or third-party identity information constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

While 100xuci maintains a target uptime of 99.9%, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency updates, or events beyond our reasonable control (including network outages, force majeure events, or technical failures from third-party providers) may temporarily affect Platform availability. 100xuci shall not be liable for losses suffered as a result of Platform unavailability.
You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
100xuci accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, Hong Leong Bank Connect, and cryptocurrency channels including USDT TRC20, BTC, and ETH. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method. As a general guide: e-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) carry a minimum of MYR 30; bank transfer and FPX deposits carry a minimum of MYR 50; cryptocurrency deposits carry a minimum equivalent of USDT 20. Maximum deposit limits apply and may be adjusted by 100xuci at its discretion.
All Account balances, transactions, bonuses, and wagers are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit confirmation.
E-wallet deposits are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer and FPX deposits are processed within 5 to 10 minutes during banking hours. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of blockchain confirmations, typically within 15 to 30 minutes. 100xuci does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
To request a withdrawal, you must: (a) have a fully verified Account with completed KYC documentation; (b) have met all applicable wagering requirements associated with any active bonus; and (c) request withdrawal to a payment method in your own name that was previously used to make a deposit to the Account.
Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within one to three business days, subject to security checks. E-wallet withdrawals to Touch 'n Go, Boost, and GrabPay are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong accounts are typically processed within 5 to 10 minutes of approval during banking hours.
The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50 for all payment methods. Maximum single withdrawal amounts and daily withdrawal limits may apply based on your Account verification level and VIP tier. Details of applicable limits are available in your Account settings.
100xuci reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending the outcome of identity verification, security investigation, or AML review. Where such a review is inconclusive or reveals a breach of these Terms, the relevant funds may be forfeited in whole or in part.
All bonuses and promotions offered by 100xuci are subject to individual offer-specific terms and the general bonus terms set out in this clause. By claiming any bonus, you agree to be bound by the applicable bonus terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general bonus terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
All bonus amounts must be wagered in accordance with the stated rollover requirement before any funds derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place total eligible bets equal to ten (10) times the bonus amount before withdrawal. Wagering requirements for each bonus are clearly stated at the point of claiming.
When playing with an active bonus balance, the maximum permitted single bet or stake is MYR 250 to MYR 500, as specified in the individual bonus terms. Placing bets that exceed the maximum bonus bet limit may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, irrespective of whether the wagering requirement has been met.
Not all games contribute equally toward the fulfilment of wagering requirements. As a general guide:
Bonuses that are not claimed or activated within the specified claiming window, or for which the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated expiry period (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from crediting), will automatically expire and be removed from the Account without compensation.
100xuci employs active detection systems to identify and prevent bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a profit irrespective of outcome; and exploiting system errors or misquoted odds. Detection of bonus abuse will result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses, withdrawal of any winnings derived therefrom, and permanent account closure.
All sports bets placed on the 100xuci platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market type. In the event of a dispute regarding the result of a sporting event, 100xuci's determination — based on official results from the relevant governing body — shall be final and binding.
100xuci reserves the right to void any bet where: the bet was placed at an erroneous or misquoted price; the bet was placed after the relevant event had concluded; the outcome of the event was known at the time of placing; or where technical issues resulted in an incorrect odds being displayed. Voided bets will be refunded to the Account balance at the original stake amount.
Live betting markets are subject to rapid odds movement and may be suspended or removed at any time. 100xuci's trading team may decline to accept a bet during a live event at their absolute discretion. Stakes accepted in live markets prior to suspension will be honoured at the accepted odds.
All slot games and random number generator (RNG) casino games on the 100xuci platform use certified RNG software independently audited for fairness. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent the theoretical long-term return and do not guarantee individual session results.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting the 100xuci support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any real-money balance remaining in the Account will be refunded to your verified payment method, provided all wagering requirements on active bonuses have been satisfied or bonus funds have been removed.
100xuci reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account with immediate effect upon detection or reasonable suspicion of: breach of these Terms; fraudulent or criminal activity; underage gambling; money laundering or terrorist financing; provision of false identity information; or any conduct detrimental to the integrity of the platform. Where an account is closed for cause, any outstanding bonus balance and associated winnings may be forfeited.
100xuci reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, we will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 100xuci holds its gambling operating licence.
